From the SF Planning Department:

Since March 2014, the City of San Francisco has been working with the community to develop a streetscape design for Ocean Avenue between Manor Drive and Phelan Avenue. The final conceptual design will be unveiled at a workshop on July 9, 2014. In addition, the City has been collecting feedback on ways to improve the pedestrian experience along Ocean Avenue between Phelan Avenue and San Jose Avenue.
