From SF Planning Dept.’s Pavement to Parks Program:

In June 2014, the Planning Department will launch the first citywide Public Life Surveys of Parklets and Plazas. We are also coordinating post-occupancy evaluations of Leland, upper Valencia, and Jefferson Streets.

We are seeking volunteers to attend one training and spend at least two hours collecting data at project sites. Volunteers will count pedestrians and cyclists, record activities, and interview pedestrians.

Trainings are offered on:

Fieldwork days are:
