Biophilic Cities and Green Cities of Nature

Timothy Beatley, professor of sustainable communities at the University of Virginia School of Architecture will speak about biophilic cities and green cities of nature highlighting examples from the US and beyond. Timothy’s work is focused on sustainable communities and creative strategies by which cities and towns can fundamentally reduce their ecological footprints while at the same time becoming more livable and equitable places.
