SPUR Walking Tour: Vetrazzo Factory

"SPUR travels to Richmond to visit Vetrazzo’s state-of-the-art recycled-glass countertops factory. Housed in a former Ford auto plant in Richmond, we’ll witness the molding and cutting of countertops with Vetrazzo’s CEO & Co-Founder, James Sheppard, and VP of Manufacturing, John Sabol. The old Ford factory was designed by Albert Kahn, the 20th-century architect famous for pioneering the “daylit factory,” and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988."
