First Ever Bike Crossing of San Francisco Bay

From EBBC:

On Friday, September 27th, BayCycle Project’s founder Judah Schiller will be the first person to bike across the San Francisco Bay on water. Join us and watch history in the making as Judah sets off from Oakland and arrives in San Francisco.

BayCycle Project is the first U.S. organizing body and community for water biking, a fun and exhilarating sport that combines the benefits of biking with the dynamic and ever changing terrain of water.  Dedicated to opening the San Francisco Bay and other bodies of water to people who love to bike, BayCycle Project will orchestrate group rides throughout the Bay Area in 2013.  Additional U.S. cities include New York City, Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Portland, and internationally by 2014.
