- Establish stop sign on Shotwell Street at Stoneman Street
- Establish bicycle lanes on Washington Street between The Embarcadero and Drumm Street, and on the Great Highway between Lincoln Way and Fulton Street (northbound) or Balboa Street (southbound)
- Sidewalk widenings at Drumm and Jackson Streets
