Eyes on the Street: WOBO’s Mural Ride

Last Sunday morning, Walk Oakland Bike Oakland (WOBO) held its annual The Wheels + Walls Mural Ride, which took cyclists on a tour of West Oakland’s iconic wall art. From the WOBO Facebook page:

WOBO Weekends is a monthly walk and ride series that gets you moving and discovering the awesome amenities, history, and hidden gems around Oakland. Back by popular demand (one of the biggest rides in 2016), The Wheels + Walls Mural Ride returns, to explore The West Side.

Chris Hwang, WOBO’s President, offered Streetsblog some photos from last weekend’s ride, and we thought it would make a great “Eyes on the Street” post for readers who couldn’t get there.
