Public Hearing for Lake Merritt BART Station Area Plan

From Transform:

TransForm is working with local stakeholders and the City of Oakland to unlock the Lake Merritt station area’s strong potential as a new model for a transit-oriented, walkable community in the region. The Lake Merritt BART Station area currently hosts moderate density housing but has little in the way of character and identity.

There will be an important public hearing of both the Oakland Planning Commission Zoning Update Committee on Wednesday, March 20 to consider the plan. The meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 1. Updated details and background documents will be available on the projectwebsite.

Please contact Joel Ramos for more information or to RSVP for the meeting, or click here to learn more about TransForm’s work on the Lake Meritt BART Station Area Plan.
