Lawrence Berkeley National Lab issued a Notice of Preparation and Initial Study for their Richmond Bay Campus project on January 4. You may download it from www.lbl.gov/Community/second-campus/assets/docs/env/RBC_LRDP_EIR_NOP.pdf. The Initial Study mentions the Bay Trail a few times and talks about pedestrian and bicyclist connectivity without reference to the need for planned Bay Trail connections from S. 46th and 32nd Sts.
