Sewer History Bike Tour and Art Party

Who: A group of sewer historians, stormwater experts, artists and visionaries.
What:
A two day event featuring a panel discussion of the water history of San Francisco, a bicycle tour with sewer highlights, and an art party to celebrate water, our streets, and everything in between.
When: Tour preview: 7pm Wed. Sept 22      Sewer System Bicycle Tour: 2pm Sat. Sept 25        Art Party: 5pm until 10pm Sat Sept 25

Where: Workspace Ltd, 2150 Folsom Street, between 17th & 18th.

These events are FREE! Join the presenters for a panel discussion and tour preview Wednesday evening September 22 at 7pm. And bring your bicycle to Workspace Saturday September 25 at 2pm for a San Francisco Bicycle Coalition member-led tour of San Francisco’s sewer system. Local sewer historians and storm water enthusiasts will plumb the depths of our underground history with a focus on the Mission District and Mission Creek. The 2 1/2 hour ride will end back at  Workspace, where we will swing directly into a public art party until 10pm.
